Gary's Propane launches new Online Store

Gary's Propane launches new Online Store

For 34 years, Gary's Propane & Cajun Cast Iron Cookware has been a staple in the Thibodaux community, offering top-quality Cajun cookware, from jambalaya pots to McWare and more. While many just know Gary's for their propane bottle refills, Gary's has grown into a go-to destination for serious cooks.

As Thibodaux anticipates the opening of the new roundabout at Jackson St., Canal Blvd., and Gerald T. Peltier, Gary’s has its own exciting news. This October, they're launching GarysCajun.com, opening up access to their beloved Cajun products nationwide.

Tracy Brupbacher, the visionary behind Gary's Cajun Cast Iron Cookware, has dedicated himself to helping customers find the perfect cooking essentials. Since 2012, Tracy transformed a small family convenience store into a showroom, brimming with cookware that reflects the rich Cajun cooking tradition.

The construction of the roundabout near Gary’s slowed foot traffic, prompting Tracy to explore new ways to reach customers. Through Facebook Marketplace, he quickly saw an increased demand for Cajun products, not just locally but from across the U.S. The positive feedback from customers reinforced Tracy’s belief that it was time to take Gary’s online.

This summer, Gary’s embarked on building a user-friendly online store that will launch October 1st. The new site will allow customers from across the U.S. to browse and buy with ease. Local customers can even enjoy a streamlined experience, with free pickup within an hour of placing their order.

Beyond just selling products, Gary’s online store will also feature authentic Cajun recipes, from jambalaya and pastalaya to gumbo and étouffée, bringing a true taste of Louisiana into your kitchen.

Stay tuned for the official launch on October 4th, and get ready to explore Gary’s exceptional Cajun cookware and authentic recipes. Whether you're local or out of state, Gary’s has something to offer every home chef. Don’t miss out!
