Utilizing a horizontally mounted rear jet burner, intense hot air is blasted through inner vent tubing under the oil, then safely exits through a rear exterior vertical exhaust. This design transfers heat efficiently through the metal tubing into the oil.

The fryer's V-Bottom design collects loose batter below the heat source, preventing scorching. This keeps the cooking oil cleaner and extends its lifespan. The stainless steel construction and bottom drain valve make clean-up easy.
